1. **Self-employed individual (OSVČ)** – Ing. Miroslav Šíma, with registered office at K Doubí 334/14, 31200, Plzeň, Company ID (IČ) 14131731, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Plzeň, Section C, Insert 115902 (hereinafter referred to as the "seller" or "controller"), processes, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the following personal data:

2. The above personal data is necessary for processing orders and other obligations arising from the contract if a purchase contract is concluded between you and the seller. Such processing of personal data is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.
The seller also processes these data for the purpose of contract documentation and any future enforcement or defense of the rights and obligations of the contractual parties.
The storage and processing of personal data for the above purpose is for a period of 10 years from the completion of the last part of the contractual performance unless a different legal regulation requires the contractual documentation to be kept for a longer period. Such processing is allowed based on Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.
3. News and other commercial communications may be sent to the buyer’s email address or telephone number. This procedure is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of the information society, unless the buyer rejects it. These communications can be unsubscribed at any time by any means – for example, by sending an email or clicking on a link in the commercial message.
5. The processing of personal data is carried out solely by the data controller (see Article 1).
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.
